It was a wonderful weekend. On Friday and Saturday, we went to a gathering with hundreds of other families touched by Ethiopian adoption. This is our 4th such gathering and it gets bigger and better every year. People from all over the nation come to this thing. And we enjoy seeing and familiar faces and getting to know the new ones. Our lives have been so richly blessed through adoption -- beyond anything I could have ever imagined. People always say how lucky our kids are. But Audrey and I are truly the blessed ones.

In other news, our summer series on the book of Acts continues to be well received. Here's yesterday's sermon on The healing of Aeneas and the resuscitation of Tabitha:



Also, my running seems to be going well. I really hope to be able to run a 10K later this summer. If I can just get my back to feel a little better, I'll really be doing well.
