Weekly News - May 28, 2020
When is Immanuel Opening?!!!
To be clear: Immanuel never closed in the first place. We’ve been continuing to proclaim Christ each
week on the radio and through other platforms.
We’ve been continuing as a church to support one another. But to rephrase the question: will we soon be
gathering in our worship space? We have
no immediate plans to do so. But we have
begun the conversation about what gathering in our space will look like. But stay faithful and patient – because even
without occupying the building, we’re still the church!
Summer Office Hours
Beginning June 1, Immanuel will operate with the following office
hours. Monday: 8:30a-3:30p; Tuesday-Friday:
8:30a-12p. The building is generally
open until 5:30p if you need to access hymnals and other devotional materials.
Zoom Pastoral Care/Coaching with Pastor Nate
Do you need pastoral encouragement? How about some coaching about how to best
handle family life or work life during a global pandemic? You are invited to try 1:1 Zoom time with
Pastor Nate. Send him an email (nateloer@gmail.com) to start the
conversation.
Need Masks?
As our life gradually begins to open up, wearing a mask
while out in public is a great way to serve your neighbor. Pam Nelson has put some masks she’s sewn up
at church in both adult and youth sizes.
Stop by the church (the building is open 8:30am-7pm) and pick up what
you need. Thanks, Pam!

enjoyed! Stop by and grab frozen soups
& breads – don’t be shy! Or, if you

Nate via phone or text (218-640-5913).
We can arrange delivery, too.
